the Name of God Most Gracious Most merciful and greeting
and salutations upon the Messenger of Allah Muhammad.
As Salaam
Alaikum.
Peace and Blessings of God upon all who follow his guidance.
DECLARATION
It
has come to our attention by the media and other information
services from time to time of the activities, attacks and
incursion of Guatemala and its unjust claim of the dividing,
separation and stripping of our land and country by force
as a continues threat to our sovereignty.
The
Islamic Assembly of Belize and Central America has been
observing these activities that creates instability to our
sovereignty and penetration of our territorial integrity.
By our beliefs and the teaching of Islam and our Prophet
Muhammad Alayhl Salaam that calls to peace, love and Justice
to forbid aggression and conflicts and support the oppress
and standing up for truth. 'I'herefore Islam fights against
slavery, servitude and oppression by the teaching of Islam
declaring "There is no superiority of white over blacks
or Arabs over non Arabs except by Reverences to God and
good deeds." Therefore Belizeans who serves God either through
the Quran or the Bible and fromthese principles the Assembly
of Muslims of Belize Central Americans had taken the following
declaration.
1. Confirms
the Unity and sovereignty of Belize and all its lands.
2.
Confirms that Belize is an Independent Nation recognised
internationally and a Member of the United Nations.
3.
Reject the methods, attacks and incursions of Guatemala
that creates instability from time to time.
4.
Condemns and reject the interference of larger nations in
the internal affairs of other countries.
5. Respect
for International laws respect for friendly and good neighbourly
relations between countries to live in Peace and hannony
in all of Central America.
6.
Request from Arabic and Islamic Governments, African and
other friendly nation to support the just cause of Belize
and to protect and defend in International forum, conferences,
Organisation and the United Nation.
7.
Convey to the Organisation of Islamic Conferences, the World
Muslim Leagues both of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, The
World Islamic Call Society of the Libyan Janaahereyah, The
Council of Elders Scholars of Indonesia and Governments,
Kings, Rulers of Arab Petroleum exporting countries to support
Belize's just cause and to call on all Islamic Civil Societies
in the world to support us as Muslims and Belizeans living
in the claimed territory. Asking the agencies to request
that Guatemala abandons its unjust claim.
8. Appeal
to all Political Parties to refrain from publishing or promoting
any disunity among us and to increase our support to resist
any external threat from any and all quarters.
The Islamic Assembly of Belize Central America request the
establishment of Peace and end to confrontation and to establish
ties of friendly neighbourhood to live in Peace with all
people of Central America and the World. Stating at the
same time that Belize has internal strength, beliefs and
wise Government, recognition of International laws, beliefs
in its people, justice and recognizing the Laws of God to
let all who want to know, know the "How many small groups
vanquish larger groups by will of God" Quran.
Therefore
the Islamic Assembly of Belize Central America places its
energies and potential under the discretion of the Government
of Belize always ready to support whatever is requested
of us in this cause of or national Right.
The
Islamic Assembly of Belize communtiy take this opportunity
to support the uprising of Quds in Occupied Palestine and
condemns the continuous aggression of Israel on the Palestinian
People of Christian and Muslim faith. Hoping that Palestine,
the Birth place of Christ and the ascension of Muhammad
(Alayhina Salaam) will some day be free and liberated as
before.
