1.  Lt. Hererra first radio call reporting incident as at BN 6396 9097
2.  He reported by radio that the original encounter with GAF was at BN 6415 9297
3.  He made an additional report by radio that he and the patrol was taken by GAF to grid BN 6062 9095, 3½ km inside Guatemala
